1.1 Acceptance of Terms

6.1 Finality of Bets

8.1 Self-Exclusion & Limits

8.2 Player-Initiated Restrictions

9.1 Licence to Use

fb011 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The fb011 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. fb011 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb011 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if fb011 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. fb011's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
